Tom has a deep appreciation for the value and challenges of veterans, as he is a decorated 22 year veteran of the U.S. Army and spent nine years as a senior executive in the Department of Veterans Affairs. He applies his knowledge and personal experience with the intricacies of federal acquisition policies and practices to ensure that BWT delivers exceptional value to our clients. As Vice President, Corporate Development, Tom brings more than thirty years of partnership development experience to BWT’s successful relationships with its government and industry partners. Tom holds a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an Master of Public Policy from Harvard University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
