Biomedical & Clinical Engineering Portfolio Lead
Ryan Knight leads our Clinical Engineering Services Portfolio, drawing on more than 20 years of biomedical engineering and leadership experience to create thoughtfully tailored solutions for his clients. Ryan came to Blue Water Thinking from the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he worked 10 years working as a biomedical engineer with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. While leading regional projects across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio as part of Veteran Integrated Service Network 10, he implemented a technology demonstration of a real-time location system that integrates asset tracking, sterile processing services, cardiac catheterization supply management, environmental monitoring, and patient elopement. Ryan holds a BS and MS in Bioengineering from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the University of Florida. Outside of work, he loves being with his family (wife, 4 kids, and dog), teaching Taekwondo, participating in Boy Scouts, playing tennis, and serving in his community.
