Joe leads our Technology Transformation Services Portfolio, bringing more than twenty years of experience successfully delivering and leading strategic and large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives. Joe’s expertise in enterprise and solution architecture combined with his design thinking mindset and collaborative, agile approach, allows him to solve his clients’ most complex challenges. Prior to joining Blue Water Thinking, Joe was a VP in CGI Federal’s Emerging Technology practice focused on Low-code and RPA solutions. Joe earned a BS in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family (wife, 2 kids, and dog), teaching his kids what not to do in sports, and supporting the local DC sports teams and breweries.
