Organizational Change Management Portfolio Lead
Heather leads the Organizational Change Management Portfolio at Blue Water Thinking. Heather spent her fifteen plus years of consulting serving as a leader for projects focused on change management, strategic communications, program management, business process analysis, and human capital planning across the federal government. She holds a BA in Public Relations from the Pennsylvania State University, and a MPA with concentration in Program Evaluation from The George Washington University. Heather is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, SAFe 5 Certified Agilist Certified, and PMI Organizational Transformation Micro-Credentialed. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and Scottish Terrier puppy.
